The City Council now puts the annual visitors to these spaces at "almost 200,000", compared with the average of 190,000 given in the previous information. The note keeps the budget of 1,084,884.94 euros, VAT included, and the duration of one year with two possible extensions. The councillor for Culture, Education, Museums and Traditions, Joaquín Pérez de la Blanca, expands on his assessment: he stresses that the aim is not only to receive visitors, but to offer "a complete experience" that makes it easier to get to know the museums, their contents and activities, and for each visit to be an opportunity to discover the cultural heritage of Almería. He adds that the service must be "professional, close and adapted to the needs of the different audiences".
