Vera celebrates Halloween with parades, a horror passage and a draw in local shops

Purchases over 10 euros in participating shops from October 26 to 31 allow participation in the draw for tickets to shows in the municipality. On October 30 and 31 there are children's activities, parades and a horror passage.
Purchases over 10 euros in participating establishments in Vera between October 26 and 31 entitle participation in the draw for tickets to various shows and activities in the municipality. To do so, the purchase receipt must be deposited at the Oficina de Turismo, indicating full name and a phone number. The draw will be held on November 4, according to the Ayuntamiento de Vera.
Activities on Friday 30
On Friday, October 30, from 17:00 to 20:00 hours, there will be children's activities, bouncy castles, balloon modelling and face painting on calles Alfredo Almunia and San Cleofás. At 18:00 hours the parade «Halloween Encantado» by Yera Teatro sets off from the Plaza Mayor. From 19:00 to 20:00 hours, the Plaza Mayor hosts the costume party with entertainment and prizes in children's and adult categories, and at 20:00 hours the Pasacalle del Terror starts from there.
From 20:00 to 00:20 hours the horror passage «GaraHELL: Descenso al Infierno» takes place at the Parking Público Los Cuatro Caños, with tickets on Giglon. At 21:00 hours, Los Lagartos perform in concert at the Plaza de la Verja.
Don Juan Tenorio and Viral Zombie
On Saturday, October 31, at 20:00 hours, the Auditorio Ciudad de Vera schedules «Don Juan Tenorio», by José Zorrilla, directed by Carlos Pardo. Tickets are available on Giglon.
The programme continues on November 7 with the sixth edition of Viral Zombie, a night survival game that will tour the streets of Vera from 23:00 to 03:00 hours. Tickets can be purchased at viralzombie.es.
How to participate
For the draw, you must spend more than 10 euros in a participating shop between October 26 and 31 and take the receipt to the Oficina de Turismo with full name and phone number. The draw is held on November 4. For the horror passage and for «Don Juan Tenorio» tickets are bought on Giglon, and for Viral Zombie, at viralzombie.es.
