The Teatro Apolo hosted on Friday, October 30, the first of the two dates of the Delicatessen Programme of the 'Cultural Autumn' of the Area of Culture, coordinated by Producciones Axioma. The Córdoba company Chicharrón Circo Flamenco, led by Germán J. López Galván, presented 'Empaque' with the stalls almost full, according to what the Ayuntamiento de Almería has reported. The performance began with a minute's silence in mourning for the accident of the previous Wednesday. At the end, Germán J. López Galván himself thanked the audience for attending and dedicated the performance to the victims and their families. 'Empaque' mixes juggling, singing, rhythms and word on stage. The production relies on the poetry of circus, flamenco and humour, with a contemporary dramaturgy of juggling. The show has awards such as 'Best Show Feria de Palma' and the 'Premio Fetén'.

The next date, 'Tres piezas'

The Delicatessen Programme will have a second date in this last quarter of the year. It will be with 'Tres piezas', by the company of José Maldonado and Karen Lugo, on Thursday, November 26 at the Apolo, at 20.30 hours. It is a music and dance project in which two dancers and a musician use flamenco as a bridge between body, mind and spirit. Tickets for 'Tres piezas' are on sale at the municipal box office of the Apolo and on the Area's ticket website, the Area of Culture ticket website. They can also be purchased at the Apolo box office from one hour before the start, for a price of 14 euros.
