Suflí celebrates the VI Gastronomic Fair of Suflí and Its Region at the Nave Polivalente, with free entry. Visitors can try Suflí's fritá along with cheeses, wine, bread, cured meats, beers, mantecados and turrones. At 13:00 there is a masterclass on how fritá is made, and the fair will feature live music, a DJ and children's entertainment.
