Linear out-and-back route by the sea, at the foot of Sierra Cabrera, along the old path that linked Mojácar and Carboneras. The route starts at the end of the Mojácar promenade, next to the mouth of the rambla de Alfaix.
During the walk you pass by the Piedra del Nazareno, the Castillo de Macenas and the Torre vigía del Pirulico. According to the Patronato, these outings serve to promote healthy lifestyle habits and to raise awareness of the province's heritage.
