·

The Territorial Delegation of Sustainability and Environment in Almería has opened public information on a file for the occupation of livestock routes in the municipality of La Mojonera. The announcement appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería on Monday, October 19, in issue 202, with reference VP/01092/2026.

What a livestock route is

Livestock routes are the paths traditionally used for the movement of livestock. Any occupation of these lands requires an administrative procedure that includes a period of public information, the moment when the file is made available to anyone who wishes to consult it.

A procedure that recurs in the province

This is not an isolated case. The portal reported on October 9 that the same territorial delegation had opened public information for another file on the occupation of livestock routes, in that case in the municipality of Fines, with reference VP/00841/2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province on October 9 (issue 196).

Also in the same gazette

The same edition of the gazette includes a resolution from the Territorial Delegation of Economy, Finance and European Funds and of University, Industry, Energy and Innovation on the prior administrative and construction authorization for an electrical installation, with reference NI/10057-178.

To consult

The announcement can be consulted in the October 19 edition of the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería, available on the gazette page.
