The XXI Cultural Week has the collaboration of the Almería City Council, the Diputación de Almería and Foro Almería Centro. The delegated councillor of the Area of Culture, Education, Museums and Traditions, Joaquín Pérez de la Blanca, accompanied the coordinator of the activity, Elodia Ortiz, and noted that «for us it is really important that there are residents' associations, such as Puerta Europa, that help us to energise with other types of activities such significant spaces as the Museo de la Guitarra». Ortiz encouraged the people of Almería «to take part in the programme of activities».

How to take part

All activities are free entry until full capacity at the Museo de la Guitarra 'Antonio de Torres'. The guided visit on Saturday 17 departs from El Ancla at 18.00 hours. The book presentation on Friday 23 includes a collection of non-perishable food for the Banco de Alimentos.
