The Ayuntamiento de Vícar, through the Área de Bienestar Social, launches a new course of the Active Ageing programme aimed at the seniors of the municipality. The activities began on Thursday, October 1 and will continue until the month of June.
As a novelty of this course, zumba gold is added to the offer of workshops, which is made up of gerontogymnastics, memory workshops, crafts, sevillanas and flamenco, and zumba gold itself.
The programme reaches all the neighbourhoods of the municipality, with different shifts and schedules. Registrations remain open and can be made at the place where each workshop or activity is taught.
